Asus has uploaded the official product page of its Eee PC 1005PR. The 1005PR is the first 10 inch Asus netbook to sport an HD display with 1366 x 768 pixels. The detailed specifications are as follows:

Graphics: GMA 3150 + Broadcom BCM 70015 HD video accelerator
Processor: 1.66 GHz Intel Atom Pine Trail N450 CPU
Operating System: Windows 7 Starter Edition
Memory: 1GB (expandable to 2GB)
Storage: 250GB Hard drive (plus 500GB Asus WebStorage)

Other features include WiFi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth 2.1 and Ethernet. There are 3 USB ports, an SDHC card slot, VGA output, headphone and mic jacks. The netbook ships with a 6-cell battery which is available in two models – 48Whr and 63Whr.

In looks the Eee PC 1005PR isn’t much different from the Eee PC 1005PE. In fact, the only major differences between the two models are the HD display and Broadcom Crystal HD Video Accelerator found on 1005PR.

No word on pricing yet, but the netbook is expected to start shipping in April.
