Dell Releases Studio Touch 1558 and 1749 Laptops

Dell has updated its Studio line with two touch-enabled notebooks. The machines called Dell Studio 1558 and 1749 are powered by Intel Core i5 processors. 
The Dell Studio Touch 1558 has a 15 inch touchscreen display whereas the Studio 1749 has a 17 inch touchscreen display. Both notebooks are powered by a 2.40GHz Intel Core i5 520M dual core processor. Other specifications include up to 3GB of RAM, 320GB hard drive, WiFi, Gigabit Ethernet, Bluetooth and DVD burner.
Pricing and availability
The Dell Studio 1558 and 1749 run Windows 7 Home Premium. No word on availability, but the Studio 1558 and 1749 are expected to start at $999 and $1049 respectively.
