LG X140 officially launched
LG has officially launched its X140 netbook. The LG X140 is expected to be available in South America and parts of Asia in the immediate future. There is still no launch date for the US or Europe, but the X140 has been through FCC which means that its arrival in the US is imminent.
The LG X140 has a 10.1 inch HD display with 1366 x 768 pixels. It can be configured with either a 1.66GHz Intel Atom N450 processor or a 1.83GHz Intel Atom N470 processor. Other specifications include 1 to 2GB of RAM, 250GB / 320GB hard drive, 1.3 megapixel webcam, integrated 3G modem and SRS TruSurround HD audio and Windows 7 Starter Edition.
The LG X140 features the Smart On 2.0 quick boot software which will let you get online within 5 seconds. The netbook is available in white, black or hot pink.
