MSI has unveiled a 14 inch gaming notebook with an AMD processor and ATI graphics. The MSI CX410 isn’t quite aimed at hardcore gamers. It is for those who want something in between a 13 inch ultraportable and a 15 inch mainstream notebook.

The MSI CX410 has pretty standard looks. It is ideal for the mobile professional who doesn’t want to draw too much attention to his travel gear. The notebook has a black matte finish and metal touchpad keys. The 14 inch LCD display has 16:9 native resolution.

The CX410 is powered by an AMD Athlon II Dual-core processor with ATI’s Mobility Radeon HD 545v with 512MB of GDDR3 memory. Other specifications include up to 8GB of memory, WiFi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, a 4-in-1 card reader, HDMI/VGA outputs, audio in/out, two internal speakers and three USB 2.0 ports. The hard drive is available in 250GB, 320GB or 500GB capacities.

The MSI CX410 comes standard with a 6-cell battery. No word on pricing at the moment.
