"msi windpad 100"MSI reportedly isn’t happy with the performance of its upcoming Windows 7 tablet so much so that the company is putting off its release until at least early 2011. MSI has been working on two tablet PCs for a while. One of them has a low power ARM-based processor and Android. The other model has an Intel processor and Windows 7.

According to Engadget, MSI will launch its Android powered Wind Pad 110 this year itself. But the Wind Pad 100 Windows 7 tablet is unlikely to hit the streets until Intel launches the Oak Trail line of processors in early 2011. MSI thinks that the existing generation of Atom processors don’t work well on tablets running Windows 7.
