Japanese PC maker Onkyo has unveiled a new 10 inch netbook. The Onkyo C413 has regular netbook specs. Like most other netbooks it has a 10.1 inch display and an Intel Atom processor. And in terms of looks, it has a striking resemblance to the Onkyo C411 introduced earlier this year.

The Onkyo C413 is powered by a 1.66GHz Intel Atom N450 processor with 1GB of RAM and a 250GB hard drive. It runs Windows 7 Starter Edition. The 10.1 inch display has 1024 x 600 pixels. Other features include 802.11b/g/n WiFi. While the Onkyo C411 has just one touchpad button, the C413 has distinct left and right touchpad buttons. On the flip side, the C411 has either an AM/FM radio or a digital TV tuner, the C413 has neither.

The Onkyo C413 will sell for the equivalent of $381 in Japan.
