Samsung has updated its NB30 netbook with Windows 7 Professional.


The refreshed model is called Samsung NB30 Pro and it has got 2GB of RAM. The rest of the specs haven’t changed.

The Samsung NB30 Pro is a semi-rugged netbook aimed at business people. It has a spill-resistant keyboard and a hard drive sensor that will protect your data by shutting down the hard drive in the event of a fall.

The NB30 Pro has a 1.66GHz Intel Atom N450 processor, 10.1 inch display with 1024 x 600 pixels, 160GB hard drive and Intel GMA 3150 graphics. Other specifications include WiFi 802.11b/g/n, VGA and webcam. The netbook ships with a 6-cell battery.

Pricing and availability
The Samsung NB30 Pro should be available by the end of this month. Prices start at about $519.
