The Acer Timeline X series notebooks have finally made their debut in the US. The Timeline X series is available with Intel’s Core i3 and i5 processors. Prices start at $599.99.

Four models are currently available. The smallest among them is the 11.6 inch Acer Aspire Timeline 1830T. It weighs 3.09 pounds and features a full sized keyboard. The base model with a Core i3 processor, 3GB of DDR3 RAM and a 320GB hard drive will set you back $599.99. A $699.99 version with a Core i5 ULV CPU, 4GB of DDR3 memory and 500GB HDD is also available.

The 15.6 inch Aspire Timeline 5820T and the 14 inch Aspire Timeline 4820T both have 4GB of RAM, up to 500GB of storage and built-in optical drives. Prices start at $749.99. There is also another model called Aspire 4820TG which features the discrete ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650 graphics. The 4820TG with a Core i3 processor, 4GB of DDR3 memory and a 320GB hard drive costs $799.99. It costs $899.99 with a Core i5 processor, 4GB of memory and a 500GB drive.

The 13.3 inch Aspire 3820T has 4GB of DDR3 memory and a 320GB or 500GB hard drive. It is available with Intel’s Core i3 and i5 processors. Prices start at $729.99.
